Welcome, I'm Jill Lynch...
I’m a yoga teacher, former rugby player, and movement nerd passionate about helping people build strength, mobility, and resilience through mindful movement. My approach to yoga blends applied neurology, biomechanics, functional mobility, and compassion to help you better understand your body, move with confidence, and develop a practice that supports you both on and off the mat. Whether you’re working through pain, building strength, or simply looking to feel more connected to yourself, I’m here to help you explore what’s possible with curiosity, humor, and grace.
